Due to limitation of places (150 places) we recommend an early registration.
We will ask for a small contribution towards the expenses for catering- and printing costs:
Regular registration: 38 €/ Students 25 €
Early bird registration: 28 € / Students 19 €
until 15th of October
This includes:
- Coffee, soft drinks and snacks during the breaks
- Symposium's stationary
- Secure cloakroom
The contribution towards expenses can be paid upon registration at the venue:
Nov 28th: 4pm - 6pm
Nov 29th: 7.30am - 9.00pm
Publication deposit: 25 €
Due to budget limitations we are appealing to deposit a prepayment for the publication, documenting the symposium. After release we will send the publication (estimated for spring 2013) to your home address.
